My name is Shruti Sharma. I am currently settled in Bangalore (Karnataka) from past 57 years . My native place is Rajasthan Jaipur . I love my profession as baking and chocolates. As I was ending my school. I was thinking all about cooking as my dream as my passion to become a professional chef in pastry and now it’s my life and chosen this career to fulfill and achieve my dream. As now I am known as professional chef so I thought to come up with some healthy wholewheat products ragi products and more to go with like gluten-free, sugar free and now everyone has become diet conscious about bakery products which are healthy and will tantalize your taste buds . Many people doesn’t know there are many more oats products which is good for health and oats have come from cereals and it’s a very good nutrients rich food associated with lower blood cholesterol when consumes regularly. Its origin is from middle East Europe. Oats also has vitamins 51% , minerals, fats, calcium, iron, Protein 34% oats can improve blood sugar control l. Ragi products has high protein and minerals content. It is an ideal source of protein for vegetarians it is a rich source of good carbohydrates. It is great for people with having low hemoglobin level. Ragi flour which is rich in taste and nutrients and their are various types of cakes, muffins, cookies, bread, etc. Which are sugar free , gluten free which are healthy made from fruits and nuts. Walnut products are delicious way to add extra nutrition, flavor and crunch to a meal. It’s a great source of omega-3 fatty acid. Anyways walnuts are very good and rich for health and brains also it’s a good source of remembrance when we choose walnuts and add to our cakes and cookies it gives a very good flavor . And I am very passionate about baking so I will come up with a very interesting and healthy and diet free recipes on my blog. Mostly kids these days doesn’t eat fruits and nuts so lets add healthy nuts and fruits to our baking products . We think for something delicious and energy products food for kids.
